Ground protection mat is a lightweight, non-slip and flexible mat that is made from polyethylene (Including two types, HDPE and UHMWPE). These mats provide a reliable base for traction and safe passage way for vehicles and heavy equipment over unpaved surfaces, sandy, soft muddy or marshy grounds.
Besides providing traction and safe access, ground protection mats also serves to protect the ground by dispersing heavy loads thus minimising soil compaction and erosion. The flexible construction of these ground protection mats allows the mats to follow contours of the ground thus making them well suited on sloping or undulating ground conditions. Due to the versatility of these mats, they are widely deployed in industries such as but not limited to construction, landscaping, oil & gas, utilities and civil engineering.
