MC Nylon (monomer cast nylon) is produced via anionic polymerization directly in molds. It features higher molecular weight, denser structure, and lower internal stress than standard injection-molded nylon (PA6). As a result, MC nylon offers superior wear resistance, impact strength, and fatigue resistance under heavy loads.
